The 7th season of London Fashion Day took place on Friday 1st May 2026 in the historical setting of St, John’s Church, Hyde Park, London – a space modern creativity met classical architecture.

The seventh season explores the idea of fashion as a language that can exist beyond borders, spoken words and fixed definitions of identity. The runway event was a reflection on presence, identity and the human stories that live beyond fashion. It became a space where aesthetics, personal expression and cultural dialogue met. Season 7 was not about perfection, it was about authenticity.
Founder and Producer Kostiantyn Lieontiev says: “No matter how much we search for perfection in styles, trends or fashion directions, at the centre of it all there is always a person – their individuality, their identity. Clothing becomes an amplifier of taste – something that reveals what exists within us and gives us confidence. This season, we wanted to shift the focus back to people. To who we are, how different we all are, and yet how deeply connected we remain through a shared desire – to live in one world and to create beauty together.”
The Seventh Season Designers
The showcase brought together a powerful line up of independent designers: Emerging designers from London College of Contemporary Arts, Brera Milano, Anabelle Clothing, Amira, Ricky Xtopha, Olimzoda Mahin, Sofi Rich with Malusha Bags, Lev3L Up, Atelier Pardis, Mur Mur, KEKA, Riri Couture and Gorsset. Each designer brought a different perspective, creating a programme that reflected the diversity of contemporary independent fashion.

About London Fashion Day
London Fashion Day is a platform founded to support and amplify the voice of emerging and independent designers. With a clear mission to create visibility, opportunity and meaningful connections, LFD offers a space where fashion becomes more than just industry- it becomes a dialogue between people, cultures and creative visions. As an international and cross-cultural project, LFD unites designers from across Europe and beyond, including talents from educational institutions such as London College of Contemporary Arts. The platform fosters global collaboration while maintaining its core mission: to serve as a launch pad for the next generation of fashion leaders. At a time when the world moves quickly and loudly, London Fashion Day offers a quieter message, fashion can still be personal, sincere and deeply human. Not fashion as performance, fashion as understanding.

The Campaign
The seasonal campaign featured Iranian model Amirsam Mohammadzadeh wearing a look by Ukranian brand Yadviga Netyksha bringing together different cultures and personal histories. Amirsam’s journey between cultures reflects the spirit of the campaign and Yadviga Netyksha’s look explores a contrast between exposure and protection. Transparent fabrics revealed the body whilst the face remains hidden, creating a conversation between visibility and anonymity. In this context clothing was no longer just a surface. It became a way of revealing what exists inside a person. Fashion becomes more than appearance, revealing something deeper.
